How do our preschoolers learn?
Czech
The Czech educational program is based on the Framework Educational Program for preschool education. We adapt varied teaching methods to promote foundational skills in mathematics, writing, reading, science, and financial literacy - one on one, in pairs, small groups or all kids together.
Activities
Children at Mozaika engage in a wide choice of activities in music, art, drama, and movement. We participate in events to showcase our skills, including performances for retirees at our local retirement home, for parents at our annual graduation party and even public performances in town, such as the children's market in May.
English
Our Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages curriculum encourages active communication. Using a multi-sensory approach with songs, stories, and games, children discover new words and phrases to engage with language in fun and meaningful ways.
We also offer monthly Friday night sleepovers with themed activities for more added fun!
School Club
Learning together
The school club includes mini-lessons and conversations in English, games and fun activities in an English-speaking home away from home.
Outdoors
Outdoor activities include sports as well as song and dance rehearsals! Many children continue here after preschool but we welcome new children as well!
Registration
Your child may join anytime! First and second graders may may be picked up at nearby elementary schools and accompanied to Mozaika,
